Athletes have 15 minutes to establish their 1-Rep Max in the following three lifts:

Deadlift
Bench Press
Clean

Important:
Athletes may perform the lifts in any order, but once a lift is completed and the athlete moves on to the next, they may not return to any previous lift.
There is no limitation of attempts.
